Eks Bouncin Boxers, has made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. We guarantee this puppy ispurebred and registerable with the AKC. We guarantee all vaccinations and wormings have been given as statedon the vaccination schedule. All puppies are guaranteed sound and healthy.(Genetic defects only) Buyer is to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of taking possession of this puppy. If puppy is found not to be in good health seller must be notified within 24 hours, and it may be immediately returned for another pup NO CASH REFUNDS, provided this puppy has not been injured, neglected, or exposed to any contagious diseases in those 48 hours. This puppy is to be returned to the Breeder along with the AKC registration papers within 24 hours at no expense to the breeder, with a signed document from the licensed Veterinarian stating the defect or problem. We the breeder are not responsible for any Veterinarian bills acquired by you the buyer. This guarantee does not include injuries, fleas, mites, cocei, giardia, or any other intestinal worm or parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies. Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Cornova Virus after 72 hours of sale as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the breeder. We will not be responsible for illness or health problems which are diagnosed after this period.Demodex is not included as can be caused by anything in contact with puppy or something that it may be allergic too, or brought on by not feeding a proper diet. If puppy is not examined by a licensed Veterinarian with 72 hours of purchase then all health agreements will be voided. Your puppy has been vaccinated and de-wormed and is up to date, these records will be provided to you so you can take them with you to your Veterinarian as it is very important to continue with these vaccinations and wormings after you get your puppy home to keep it healthy. By signing below, Purchaser acknowledges receipt of this contract including feeding information and vaccine/worming schedule.In the event no other pups are available , then they will get a pup out of the next scheduled litter.
